We aim to satisfy the requirements of all of our customers as efficiently as we can, but we recogonise that at times things may go wrong. When they do we will put them right as soon as possible. If you have a complaint please contact us as soon as possible, our preferred method of contact is by E-mail. Your complaint will be handled both quickly and efficiently.

All descriptions and specifications including measurements, weights etc. are approximate and are only given as a guide. Wooden toys particularly may vary slightly in colour and texture. We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice, but will notify you as soon as possible if the changes are significant or substantially different from the descriptions quoted for our products. Where possible age ranges of toys is provided, in line with manufacturer recommendations. Please be aware that these are guides only.

Ordering and Payment:

We accept payment by PayPal with the knowledge that this method of payment guarantees your security.

We will then endeavor to dispatch your order within 2 working days.

Delivery is via Royal Mail and delivery charges are set depending on the order value for all mainland UK deliveries. Standard delivery timescales are between 1-7 working days from dispatch. We offer different services via Royal Mail / Parcel Force and occasionally they may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances which would be out of our hands, however we will assist with any missing deliveries if any orders do not arrive or are delayed. Invoices will be sent with the delivery. We are happy to arrange alternative delivery if required, please email to discuss. If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, we are very sorry, we will refund the full price of the item or exchange it

Please email us with details of your concern and then return the piece to us in the same condition it arrived. Sorry we can't refund the cost of delivery or return delivery. Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent, not the delivery charge.

For damaged goods, we will repay your postage costs when returning them to us. You have 30 days after receiving your products to advise us of the fault. After 30 days we will be unable to pay or refund any postage costs.

In the extremely unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint and you are unsatisfied with our complaints handling procedure you may refer your complaint to the retail ombudsman which is an alternative dispute resolution provider. We will respond to any complaint referred to us by them.
